Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how accounts, digital rentals, memberships, and community participation work at Dota2protracker. Read them before using the service.

They apply when you create an account, rent a game, or join a paid membership. Short version: use your account responsibly and check the purchase details before you confirm.

01 / Agreement

Using Dota2protracker

These terms govern access to the online games, digital rental service, membership features, and community spaces offered by Dota2protracker. By creating an account or using a paid feature, you agree to follow them and any rules shown for that feature.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or make a purchase. We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. We’ll post the revised version here and update the date when one is provided. Changes apply going forward; where the law requires notice or consent, we’ll provide it.

Who can use the service

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms when required by law. Some games or features may have separate age limits.

02 / Digital rentals

How a rental works

Check the listing and checkout screen for the terms attached to the specific game you choose.

  1. Review the listing

    Check the game, price, platform requirements, and access period before confirming.

  2. Confirm your purchase

    Your rental begins under the start time and conditions shown at checkout.

  3. Use your account

    Access is for your personal use through the account and method provided by the service.

  4. Access ends on schedule

    When the stated rental period ends, access may stop unless the listing says otherwise.

Rental access is temporary.

03 / Accounts and conduct

Protect your account. Respect the room.

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You’re responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has gained access.

Do not sell, share, or transfer an account unless a feature expressly allows it. Do not interfere with game services, try to access another player’s account, or use the community to harass, threaten, deceive, or disrupt others.

We may review reports and take action when conduct breaks these terms or creates a safety or service concern. Actions may include removing content, limiting a feature, suspending an account, or ending access. We’ll consider the circumstances and provide notice when appropriate and permitted by law.

04 / Memberships

Membership billing and cancellation

Membership features, price, billing frequency, and any renewal terms are presented before you subscribe. Review those details carefully; they apply to your membership unless the checkout screen says otherwise.

Recurring charges

If a membership renews automatically, you authorize the recurring charge at the displayed price and interval until you cancel. Keep your payment method current. If a charge cannot be processed, access to paid features may be paused or ended, subject to applicable law.

Ending a membership

Use the cancellation method provided for your membership. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Refunds are handled under the terms shown at purchase and any rights that cannot be limited by law.

05 / Content and service

Rights, availability, and changes

Games and service features have limits. These rules explain the basics.

  • Game and service rights

    Games, names, software, and service materials belong to their respective rights holders. Your rental or membership gives you only the limited access described at purchase. It does not transfer ownership.

  • Your submitted content

    You keep ownership of content you create. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it and allow us to use it to operate, protect, and display the relevant service features.

  • Service availability

    Online features may be unavailable during maintenance, interruptions, or changes outside our reasonable control. We may change or discontinue features, while honoring applicable legal requirements and purchase commitments.

  • Ending access

    You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access for a serious breach, security risk, legal requirement, or service closure. Any continuing rights or obligations remain in effect as required by their nature or by law.

The checkout terms still matter.
